1. Introduction

Welcome to RoyaleOps ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of royaleops.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

RoyaleOps is a third-party analytics and tracking platform for Clash Royale clan wars and related game statistics. RoyaleOps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell or any of its partners.

2. Supercell Fan Kit Policy Compliance

2.1 Use of Supercell Assets

RoyaleOps may display certain game-related imagery, graphics, or assets that are allowed under Supercell's Fan Kit Policy. These assets:

• Are owned by Supercell
• Are provided under the Supercell Fan Content Policy
• Are not exclusive to RoyaleOps (anyone may use them under the same policy), and
• Are used strictly within the limitations allowed by Supercell

Users acknowledge that all Supercell-owned assets remain fully the property of Supercell.

2.2 Required User Behavior

By using RoyaleOps, you agree not to engage in any behavior that violates Supercell's Fan Content Policy, including but not limited to:

• Misrepresenting RoyaleOps as an official Supercell product
• Uploading or sharing content that infringes Supercell's intellectual property
• Using RoyaleOps to enable cheating, exploitation, or unauthorized manipulation of Supercell games
• Attempting to extract Supercell assets in ways prohibited by the Fan Kit Policy

Violations of Supercell's policies will result in suspension or termination of your RoyaleOps account.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If required by local laws to be older, you must meet that age requirement as well.

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including your email address. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Supercell's Fan Kit Policy.

5. Paid Features

RoyaleOps offers optional paid features or subscriptions. Prices and descriptions will be provided at time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse any part of the platform
• Use automation, bots, or scraping outside the scope of permitted API access
• Upload harmful, malicious, or unlawful content
• Violate Supercell's Fan Kit Policy as described in Section 2

7. Intellectual Property

Except for Supercell-owned assets (licensed via the Fan Kit Policy), all content on RoyaleOps—including branding, code, features, logos, and analytics visualizations—is owned by RoyaleOps.

Supercell's assets remain entirely theirs, and your use of RoyaleOps does not grant you exclusivity, ownership, or special rights to those assets.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for behavior that violates these Terms, Supercell's Fan Kit Policy, or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

RoyaleOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RoyaleOps is not affiliated with Supercell. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoyaleOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, unless otherwise required by your local jurisdiction.
